Some people are also staying at the Richmond Airport Marriott If you want to be very close to the event, and aren't interested in being close to everyone else, there is a Holiday Inn Express just down the street from Pamplin Historical Park. |

| 11:30 a.m. | First shuttle bus to Pamplin Historical Park departs Berkeley. Please consider riding this first bus and touring the park. There are many interesting exhibits, you will get to show off your costume, and entry is free to members of our wedding group. | |
| 2:00 p.m. | Second (and last) shuttle bus to Pamplin Historical Park departs Berkeley. | |
| 5:30 p.m. | Wedding ceremony at the Education Center Gazebo of the Pamplin Historical Park | |
| 6 p.m. (or so) | Reception at National Museum of the Civil War Soldier of the Pamplin Historical Park. Dinner buffet in the Hard Tack Cafe, festivities in the main Rotunda. OPEN BAR. | |
| 9 p.m. | First shuttle bus to Berkeley Hotel departs reception. | |
| 11 p.m. | Final shuttle bus to Berkeley Hotel departs reception. Wedding party departs in limousine. | |
